Frequently Asked Questions

Is airfare included in the price?

No, flights are not included. One of our advisors will assist in pricing flight options for your vacation.

Can I upgrade to Princess Plus or Princess Premier?

Yes! If interested, we will send a credit card authorization form to pay for the upgrade.

Princess Plus: $480 (60 × 8)

Princess Premier: $720 (90 × 8)

Which airport should I fly into?

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL Airport) is located approximately 4.4 miles/15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Princess Cruise Terminal 2: 1801 SE 20th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL.

If I'm driving or flying to the city where the ship departs, when should I arrive to area?

Ideally, you should arrive at least the day before the ship departs. This will enable resolution of any issues with traveling the area.

Is there assistance with booking pre or post cruise hotel stays, transportation and/or activities?

Yes, we will gladly assist with all phases of travel. Once your registration is received a member of our team will contact you to discuss any travel assistance we can provide

Can you assist me with transfers between the airport and the cruise port?

Absolutely, we will discuss options during the reservation process.

Are visas and/or passports required?

No. You are not required to have a visa or passport for closed-loop cruises that begin and end at the same US port.  However, a government-issued photo ID and a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship is required to cruise and when traveling  within the US. it's important to check with the cruise line and the most current requirements before departing on the cruise.

With that said, we HIGHLY recommended to bring a passport for the following reasons:

Emergency Situations
If you get sick or injured and need to fly home from a foreign port, or if there’s a family emergency, you’ll need a valid passport to re-enter the U.S. by air.

Unexpected Itinerary Changes
Cruises can change ports due to weather, emergencies, or mechanical issues. If your ship ends in a different port (especially internationally), a passport makes re-entry much easier.

Missed Ship at a Port
If you miss the ship while exploring a port and need to fly to the next stop (which could be in another country), a passport is required to board an international flight.

Faster, Easier Check-In & Disembarkation
Passports speed up the boarding and customs process. They’re more universally accepted and reduce the chance of complications.

More Freedom
Some ports require a passport for certain excursions or island-hopping. Having one means you won’t be restricted.

Peace of Mind
It’s simply safer. Travel is unpredictable, and a passport is the most universally accepted form of identification for international travel.

Is roommate matching available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to match guests to share a cabin. You may book a shared cabin while you are working to secure a sailing companion. If unable to secure a roommate, you may cancel before the penalty date and obtain a refund or change to a solo cabin.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Please see the Terms/Policies & Procedures for cancellation dates and refund policy.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is refundable until August 16, 2026.

Is a payment plan offered?

Yes, you may set up a payment plan once your deposit is paid. You may also finance your vacation using FlexPay. A member of our team can share details with you.

How are payments made?

Payments are made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Discover debit or credit card.

Can payments be made using PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or other money transfer services?

No, payments must be made using a credit or debit card.

After I register, what's next?

Once your registration is received, a travel advisor will contact you via email, phone call or text to confirm your registration, discuss any additional guests, upgrades, travel protection insurance, questions, concerns, timeline, airfare/transfer/hotel needs (if any), and obtain a Client Agreement.

Once your cabin is deposited, we will email a booking confirmation, travel insurance quotes, and what to expect timeline.

Ports of Call

Ft. Lauderdale (Days 1, 9)

Known as the "Venice of America," Fort Lauderdale has 165 miles of canals that wind through this waterfront city. With plenty of sun and sand, you'll find the beaches inviting and only minutes from elegant shops and championship golf courses. After dark, the town offers many five-star restaurants and exciting nightclubs, all set in a lush tropical environment.
Attractions & Activities
People have been flocking to Fort Lauderdale's beaches for decades. And with good reason. Fort Lauderdale Beach is a two-mile strip of beautiful beach featuring the recently renovated Promenade, which offers all sorts of bars, restaurants and shops.

Willemstad (Day 4)

Dutch settlers came here in the 1630s, about the same time they sailed through the Verazzano Narrows to Manhattan, bringing with them original red-tile roofs, first used on the trade ships as ballast and later incorporated into the architecture of Willemstad. Much of the original colonial structures remain, but this historic city is constantly reinventing itself and the government monument foundation is always busy restoring buildings in one urban neighborhood or another. The salty air causes what is called "wall cancer" which causes the ancient abodes to continually crumble over time. The city is cut in two by Santa Anna Bay. On one side is Punda (the point)—crammed with shops, restaurants, monuments, and markets and a new museum retracing its colorful history. And on the other side is Otrobanda (literally meaning the "other side"), with lots of narrow, winding streets and alleyways (called "steekjes" in Dutch), full of private homes notable for their picturesque gables and Dutch-influenced designs. In recent years the ongoing regeneration of Otrobanda has been apparent, marked by a surge in development of new hotels, restaurants, and shops; the rebirth, concentrated near the waterfront, was spearheaded by the creation of the elaborate Kura Hulanda complex. There are three ways to cross the bay: by car over the Juliana Bridge; by foot over the Queen Emma pontoon bridge (locally called "The Swinging Old Lady"); or by free ferry, which runs when the pontoon bridge is swung open for passing ships. All the major hotels outside town offer free shuttle service to town once or twice daily. Shuttles coming from the Otrobanda side leave you at Riffort. From here it's a short walk north to the foot of the pontoon bridge. Shuttles coming from the Punda side leave you near the main entrance to Ft. Amsterdam.

Oranjestad (Day 5)

Oranjestad, the lovely Dutch-gabled capital, is situated on the southwest coast of Aruba. Enjoy the beautiful beaches, colorful Dutch-style houses, busy duty-free shops, and glittering casinos.

Attractions & Activities

The water off Aruba is teeming with marine life. You can see it all up close by taking a submarine 150 feet below the sea. You'll pass scuba divers, coral reefs and shipwrecks on your journey.

Kralendijk, Bonaire (Day 6)

Here the beaches come in three colors: pink, black or white. And in the waters around Bonaire and neighboring Klein Bonaire, undersea treasures are protected in a National Marine Park. Inland, the landscape in the south is flat and desert-like; it's green and hilly in the north. A leisurely stroll in Kralendijk takes you to food markets, shops and the charming waterfront promenade.
