My Story

Not long ago, I was right where you are now…

Trying to be everything for everyone, while quietly falling apart inside.

I was a newly single mom of a toddler.

My marriage had ended.

My mom had just passed away.

I was grieving, exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to keep it all together, on the outside, at least.

Later, I met my partner, had more children, and while life looked “full” and happy on paper, I still found myself drowning in the constant demands of motherhood, work, homeschooling, guilt, and never-ending to-do lists.

I was a nurse, a mom, a wife, a teacher, and a business owner, and yet I barely had time to breathe, let alone feel joy.

That is when I realized: something had to change.

How long is the program? The program spans 12 weeks, giving you time to apply what you learn, adjust your routines, and build sustainable habits with guided support.

How much time does this take each week? You can expect to spend about 30–60 minutes per week, depending on how deep you want to go with the reflection exercises. It’s 100% self-paced, so you can move through it on your own schedule.

Is this a group or private coaching program? This program is designed to include both: group support for shared connection and private 1-on-1 sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Do I need to travel to participate? Nope! This program is 100% virtual and accessible from anywhere. If you are joining through our cruise retreat, in-person sessions are included as a bonus.

Is this therapy? No. This is a coaching program, not mental health therapy. We focus on tools, systems, support, and mindset, but we are happy to help you find a licensed therapist if that better suits your needs.
