I Am Writing My First Solo Book!

Here's Why It Matters (and What It's Really About)
If you have ever felt overwhelmed by life, stuck in the daily grind, or like you have lost yourself somewhere between work, family, and responsibilities, I see you. I have been there, and honestly, I still have moments in the thick of it. That is part of what inspired me to finally start writing my first solo book.
Yes, I said finally! I have written a chapter in a couple of anthologies, five today and 3 more to come. But, I have had this idea tugging at me for a while, and like so many of us, I kept putting it off. Life got busy. I got in my own head. I doubted whether I was “ready.” But ready or not, the time is now.
This book is part memoir, part travel guide, part self-help, and entirely real. It is a blend of my personal journey navigating motherhood, grief, burnout, entrepreneurship, and what it means to create a life that actually feels good… not just one that looks good on the outside.
So what is in the book?
You will find:
-
Raw stories from my personal journey (including behind-the-scenes moments I have never shared before)
-
Travel tips and mindset shifts that changed my life, and might change yours
-
Simple ways to live with more intention and less overwhelm
-
Honest truths about motherhood, identity, and the courage to start again
-
Inspiration to help you reclaim your time, your joy, and your sense of self wherever you are in your life right now
This book is a reminder that you don’t need to have it all together to take the next step. You don’t need a perfect plan, a perfect house, or a perfect anything. You just need to begin.
I am beginning with this book. And I am bringing you with me.
Whether you are a busy mom, an aspiring traveler, or someone who is just tired of living in survival mode, this is for you.
I would love to know: What is one thing you want to read about in a book like this?
Your voice matters. Your story matters. And I hope mine reminds you that you are not alone.
With gratitude,
Ana
