To add ALL the travelers' information, please use the drop-down option in your booking form. This will allow you to input the details for each traveler, ensuring everything is organized and accurate for your booking.
Please note, for air or cruise reservations, the guest name MUST match exactly as it appears on the passport to ensure boarding for both the airplane and cruise.
For the emergency contact, please add someone NOT traveling with you.
Regarding special needs, please let us know if any travelers have allergies, motion sickness, anxiety when flying, or any mobility needs that require accommodation. This will help us provide a more comfortable and personalized experience for everyone.

Please see the attached Credit Card Authorization form to pay the deposit outlined in the proposal. Please note, a new credit card authorization will be needed for any future payments.
